Does your Outlook client connects over a user proxy environment? If yes, pls check if there been any RSS feeds about IP address changes/updates for EXO/O365 to be opened from Please check if something has changed in the way outlook client connects to EXO.
Is there anything someone can recommend to me, to try out and see if there are any results? All the usual create a new profile, disable hardware acceleration etc has been tried to no avail. There are current ongoing issues in the cloud, but having spoken to support, I have been advised those issues have been sorted and normal service should be resumed. This did temporarily solve the problem, but it has now returned. To this mailbox and it is no bigger than 5GB in size. As it now stands only about 15 people have access We were advised by Microsoft to limit the size of the mailbox and limit the number of users that have access to it. To start being slow and cause similar issues to what we have now apart from the freezing. Up to the recent months this mailbox was accessed by up to 60 people daily and it held around 20GB of emails in there. To be more specific, the issue occurs on PCs which have access to a specific shared mailbox.
We have a plan with MicrosoftĪnd they are the sole host of the email system in place. The issue which is experienced is Outlook freezing and intermittent connection loss to the office365 servers.
